1. About us

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a price is shown in error, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery & Returns page. International orders are quoted before payment; import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and return them within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

6. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly on different screens.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
